- set up a matrix homeserver to spread around as an accessible alternative to the IRC
- bridge it to the IRC (obviously) ideally without having a single bot relaying messaged, because some people in pound vtluug expressed their dislike of that.
- print flyers for the first meeting, incl. links/QR codes to the chat(s), website, mailing list.
- figure out who our advisor is now that jkh is gone
- brainstorm fun services to host on our ample Infrastructure
- e.g. invidious (yt frontend), nitter (twitter frontend), game servers, etc.
- do some severe spring cleaning on the wiki, especially regarding conflicting information re: Infrastructure
- e.g. the page on Infrastructure:Cyberdelia should be updated to reflect the information that it is not running
- embezzle funds from the SEC or the Student Budget Board
- seeming SEC funding requirements:
- attendance to SEC ~3 meetings a semester
- >=3 hours of community service via the SEC in a *previous* semester
- signing up for some stuff
- these can be waived for 'previously inactive' orgs. look into that?
- the SBB seems easier, and we already used it for the previous service revival Project_Bringing_Sexy_Back
