• set up a matrix homeserver to spread around as an accessible alternative to the IRC
  • bridge it to the IRC (obviously) ideally without having a single bot relaying messaged, because some people in pound vtluug expressed their dislike of that.
• print flyers for the first meeting, incl. links/QR codes to the chat(s), website, mailing list.
• brainstorm fun services to host on our ample Infrastructure
  • e.g. invidious (yt frontend), nitter (twitter frontend), game servers, etc.
• do some severe spring cleaning on the wiki, especially regarding conflicting information re: Infrastructure
  • e.g. the page on Infrastructure:Cyberdelia should be updated to reflect the information that it is not running
