- Record and post more presentations (with a microphone and screencasting in addition to audience-perspective video)
- Add meeting telepresence functionality
- Host more hack-a-thons/BoFs. Possible topics include:

- Free Software Howtos (1st priority)
Publicity
- Get on the TVs in GBJ
- Put up a display case in Squires or the GLC

General
- Re-brand as "Linux and Unix Users Group at Virginia Tech" because of restrictions on names of registered student organizations
- Code widget and script library (Hokie Passport balance, desktop alerts, automated VT-Wireless PKCS12 to PEM conversion, etc.)
IRC
- Bot that automates tweeting to Twitter and identi.ca
- Possibly run as changate between oftc and freenode if we transition to oftc -or-
- Get ownership of #VTLUUG on Freenode (waiting on staff, this will take a while)
Website
- Fix the WordPress theme for small displays like that of the n810
- Create a blog planet, starting with this list.
- Streamline information channels? (i.e. get rid of forum in
favor of mailing list or better integrate list archives, calendar, etc.)

Ideology and Activism
- We would like to see students able to complete their studies under solely Unix or Linux.
- The LUUG should encourage and help to coordinate members
speaking with professors, advisors, deans, traditional media and the Internet about both difficulties and successes with *nix.
