set up a matrix homeserver to spread around as an accessible alternative to the IRC
- bridge it to the IRC (obviously) ideally without having a single bot relaying messaged, because some people in pound vtluug expressed their dislike of that.
print flyers for the first meeting, incl. links/QR codes to the chat(s), website, mailing list.
brainstorm fun services to host on our ample Infrastructure
