Localhunter is a member of VTLUUG from Harrisonburg. He is notable for being a sophomore in high school. He formerly suggested using the [[Emacs]] text editor, but now suggests using Vim. he's the primary maintainer & admin on the [[vtluugsmp]], and manages it's whitelist.
