Move VT-Wireless to a new page?

Since the eduroam network is now the preferred method of connecting to the Virginia Tech network, it probably makes sense to move the VT-Wireless stuff to a separate page and link to that page from the header of this one (for people who need to connect to the legacy encrypted wifi network).

This would get rid of the clutter on the page and make it easier to follow for both networks. Additionally the VT-Wireless page could include information about using EAP-TLS in addition to PEAP-MSCHAPv2.

Nvm, just went ahead and did it... if anyone disagrees feel free to revert, but I think this is cleaner.
