Added ESR link - how to ask questions the smart way
On February 28, 2012, the approximately 30 members in the channel made the decision to migrate to <code>irc.oftc.net</code> due to persistent stability issues with Freenode and some issues that some members had with the staff.
If you have a question, please stick around for a while after asking it; just because no one can help you now does not mean that no one will be able to help you later. Also look at ESR's [http://www.catb.org/esr/faqs/smart-questions.html how to ask questions the smart way].
