===Basic setup procedure===
* Setup [https[w://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kernel-based_Virtual_Machine based Virtual Machine|KVM]]* Recompile kernel to enable [https[w://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iommu IOMMU|IOMMU]] optimizations and pcistub
* Blacklist $hardware_to_passthru
* Turn off the to-be-passthrud-pci-ports with pcistub
* Boot said kernel
* Install $windows in a [https[w://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virtual_machine Virtual Machine|VM]]
** Leave cirrus VGA enabled until you install the Radeon drivers and virtio.
