Successful installs:
* Fedora: 9
* Ubuntu: 5
* Archlinux: 2
* CentOS: 4
Things learned:
* Hyper-V should be turned off if virtualbox in windows can't install 64-bit guests (windows features)
* Some older HPs rewrite their UEFI boot order on every reboot; use ```efibootmgr -n 00XX``` every reboot (see rc.local)
