Available Linux and BSD Mirrors on Campus

Virginia Tech hosts mirrors for several distributions, including Ubuntu, Fedora, and Gentoo.

Campus Computing mirrors are available at http://mirror.cc.vt.edu/ They host mirrors for Ubuntu, Gentoo, Fedora, OpenSUSE and a number of other more popular distributions

Note: Unfortunately, these mirrors tend to be unresponsive; I do not recommend them. -Gotgenes

Additional Note: To access via RSYNC, leave out /pub/ from the URL.

The Virginia Bioinformatics Institute mirrors most of these large distibutions as well. A list of VBI mirrors is at http://mirrors.vbi.vt.edu/
