Time, Date, Location
- Time: 12:00-17:00 (volunteers should arrive at 11:30-ish. echarlie likes to be there at 11:00. Room is reserved from 11:00 to 18:00)

- An install counter (simple webapp or something on an RPi with a button)
Status
Successful installs:
- Fedora: 9
- Ubuntu: 5
- Archlinux: 2
- CentOS: 4
Things learned:
- Hyper-V should be turned off if virtualbox in windows can't install 64-bit guests (windows features)
- Some older HPs rewrite their UEFI boot order on every reboot; use ```efibootmgr -n 00XX``` every reboot (see rc.local)
