As of May 15, 2010, all road centerline data has been imported. If you notice any problems with the import (primarily missing streets or unconnected ways), please let [[User:Mutantmonkey|mutantmonkey]] know and he'll fix it.
The Road Centerline data from the Town of Blacksburg's GIS page has been imported into an [http://dl.dropbox.com/u/125761/bbg_roads.osm OSM changeset file], which can be loaded into editors like JOSM. If you want to import or fix a road, feel free to make use of it. It would be nice to replace the TIGER data with this data, but for now, it's much easier to just import roads one by one.
