The Velleman PCSGU250 is a PC oscilloscope that was required for various ECE courses during 2011 and 2012. Professionals usually do not recommend buying PC oscilloscopes, instead suggesting Digital Storage Oscilloscopes for the same purpose. It has freely available (but not free) Windows drivers and software, and can be easily used in KVM or VirtualBox.
