* set up a [https://matrix.org/ matrix] homeserver to spread around as an accessible alternative to the IRC
** bridge it to the IRC (obviously) ideally without having a single bot relaying messaged, because some people in [[pound vtluug]] expressed their dislike of that.
* print flyers for the first meeting, incl. links/QR codes to the chat(s), website, mailing list.
* brainstorm fun services to host on our ample [[Infrastructure]]
